Binding Datagrid with SPList

I have started learning SharePoint 2007, previously I have worked with XOOPS, Drupal like CMS tools. So learning SharePoint is not big deal. www.sharepointsite.net provides 30 trial pack of SharePoint usuage, and I'm using the same.
